We are looking for a self-motivated, organised, process-oriented graduate to join our established Delivery Team and expand our capacity to deliver successful digital projects for high profile clients like United Nations, Oxfam and UCL.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to learn all about agile delivery and join our team of talented individuals.

Supported by our Delivery Director and Delivery Managers you’ll play a key role in the day to day delivery of projects for both new and existing projects, working alongside clients from a broad range of industries and sectors.

The responsibilities of this important role include:

Using our agile delivery processes to manage and deliver project work on a day to day basis.

Working closely with our Resource Manager and the wider Delivery team to appropriately and efficiently resource projects.

Providing excellent customer service and establishing constructive relationships with our clients.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our agile delivery processes.

Zoocha is seeking a Lead UX Consultant within our growing cross-functional Experience Team. This is a new role within the agency, reporting directly to the Creative Director.
